The Assam government has assured full cooperation to the CBI regarding the probe into the online trading investment scam.
The Assam government has assured full cooperation to the CBI regarding the probe into the online trading investment scam. The Chief Minister’s Office in a social media post issued a statement and said that the official notification regarding the apex investigation agency taking over the probe has been issued. The CMO’s statement further stated that the government remains committed to delivering justice to the affected investors. The statement by the Chief Minister’s Office comes after the CBI took over the probe into at least 41 cases where investors have been duped of their hard earned money running to the tune of several thousand crore.
