The Young Mizo Association today, protesting against the Chakma Autonomous District Council or the CADC, demanded the Central government and the state government to overthrow Chakma Autonomous District Council in Mizoram.

Central YMA President Vanlalruata said that this protest is not a political issue, but it is a peaceful protest and Mizo people need to unite and fight for Mizo in the state.

Meanwhile the Central YMA also submitted petition to the Government requesting the Governor to stand for the Mizo people in removing the Chakma District Council in Mizoram.
