Biplab Kumar Deb expressed strong confidence in the BJP securing a significant victory in this election with 17 seats in Odisha
BJP Rajya Sabha MP and former Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb today said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is essential for India.
Biplab Kumar Deb who returned to Tripura from Odisha today after the high-octane campaign for the 18th Lok Sabha elections said, “There is no substitute for Modi. He is essential for the nation, and the people are aware of that.”
Speaking about Odisha’s political landscape, Biplab Kumar Deb said that he has observed the people’s frustration with the ruling government of Biju Janata Dal in Odisha. All sections of society have shown their confidence in PM Modi.
He has expressed strong confidence in the BJP securing a significant victory in this election with 17 seats in Odisha and form a government in Odisha.
In addition, Biplab Kumar Deb who is contesting for the West Tripura Parliamentary seat said that with the blessings of the people of Tripura, he will continue to work towards his responsibilities and duties assigned to him.
Biplab Kumar Deb is up against Asish Kumar Saha of Congress, Brajalal Debnath of Bahujan Mukti Party (BMP) and Arun Kumar Bhaumik of Socialist Unity Centre Of India (Communist).
The counting of votes for the 18th Lok Sabha Polls will take place tomorrow putting an end to months of political tug-of-war between the BJP-led NDA and the INDI alliance.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is widely expected to win a third successive term when the votes are counted tomorrow, with results expected on the same day.
