The strategically important Pakyong airport in Sikkim is all set to begin services from September 23.

Ahead of the important day, the Civil Aviation Secretary will be visiting the airport site today.

The Civil Aviation Secretary will be accompanied by a team to finalize the events and start preparations for the upcoming event.

Security agencies, Superintendent of Police, Deputy Commissioner and Airport Authorities will be present at the time of the visit.
