Three regional parties in Mizoram have formed an alliance ahead of Assembly elections.
The parties Mizoram Chhantu Pawl (MCP) and Operation Mizoram joins Peoples’ Representation for Identity and Status of Mizoram (PRISM) in a pre-poll alliance.
The new alliance is likely to contest all the 40 assembly seats in the state in the upcoming state polls. The Mizoram state elections are likely to take place in November this year.
