Senior IAS officer, Alok Kumar took charge as the Chief Secretary of Assam today. The newly appointed Chief Secretary takes over from Mrs. T.Y Das.
On the occasion, Joint Secretary of Table Tennis Federation of India and international paddler Tridib Duvarah felicitated Kumar at the Janata Bhavan.
Kumar is a 1984 batch IAS officer of Assam-Meghalaya cadre.
