A veterinary doctor in charge of a dispensary in Muktapur, a village along the Indo-Bangla border in West Jaintia Hills has accused the BSF personnel of threatening and manhandling him. The allegations by the veterinary doctor has evoked sharp reactions with the United Democratic Party demanding strict action in the case. The party further said it will apprise the Director General BSF and the BSF Vigilance Department to investigate the alleged incident and take appropriate action.
