The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union’s (AAPSU) 3-day operation Clean Drive has started to have rippling effect in Assam.
The All Assam Students’ Union (AASU) has started frisking vehicles at the Solengi Gate along the Assam-Arunachal Pradesh interstate Border.
Meanwhile, the Police and District administration in Lakhimpur have stepped up its vigil along the bordering areas with Arunachal Pradesh.
Border Police in Lakhimpur are carrying out intensive checking in the district to prevent entry of any suspected illegal migrant.
