Two more persons in Assam have tested positive for COVID-19.
Both the persons who are residents of Morigaon district of the state are secondary contacts of Markaz event attendees at Nizamuddin in Delhi last month.

With this the total number of positive cases in the State has shot up to 34.
Meanwhile, the number of active cases in the State is 28, while 5 persons have recovered so far and one succumbed to the virus.
