Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh is also leaving for New Delhi amid continued apprehensions in the state over the Naga Peace Talks.
As per sources, Biren Singh will accompany the COCOMI leaders during their crucial meeting today with Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
It is the Manipur government which has facilitated this meeting between the COCOMI leaders and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, the sources added.
