Its the common man who’s at the receiving end as fuel prices have touched a new high.
Petrol prices have been hiked by 40 paise, diesel prices have been hiked by another 32 paise.
In Guwahati, petrol prices touched a new high with it being sold at 84 rupees and diesel prices shooting up to 76 rupees and 89 paisa.
Meanwhile, fuel prices in Assam is the highest in Majuli with petrol priced at 85 rupees and 65 paisa. On the other hand Diesel has been priced at 78 rupees and 57 paisa.
