The Assam State commission for Protection of Child Rights today organised a close group discussion with media Houses on the representation of Children in media.
The Chairperson of state child rights Protection along host of other speakers were present during the session.
The speakers talked about the role of media and the do’s and don’ts while covering news related to children.
A call was also made to maintain ethics of journalism when reporting on news related to minor girls.
