Hojai MLA Shiladitya Deb has made Assam’s heart-throb Zubeen Garg the latest target of his explosive remarks.
The BJP MLA has targeted the singer over his recent remarks on the Citizenship Amendement Bill 2016.
Deb said that Bihu stages are not the correct platform to make political statements and urged Garg to make such statements at some other platform such as a public meeting.
Deb further stated that Garg should avoid making such statements at his scheduled performance at Lumding today so as to avoid any untoward incident.
