The event, organised by the Alzheimerโs and Related Disorders Society of India, Guwahati Chapter, saw Founder of MUSYNC, Mumbai, Anubhuti Kakoty Goswami conduct a special music therapy session for cognitive and emotional well-being. Former Vice President of Assam Sahitya Sabha Mrinalini Devi graced the occasion and inaugurated the programme.
Through today’s session, it was shown how music therapy can be used to enhance the cognitive and emotional well being of a person thereby reducing the risk of contracting a disease such as Alzheimer’s which is fast spreading across the world today.
