Watch | Assam CM fulfills dwarf man’s wish

As promised by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, the construction of the house of Mujibur Rehman, the dwarf man from Cachar, has begun today.
In a heart-warming gesture, Majibur Rehman a resident of Cachar district met Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Thursday during his public meeting and handed over his application to avail himself of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Scheme. The CM holding Majibur in his hand assured him that the construction of his house would commence the day after tomorrow. Today, in the presence of Cachar district administration officials, as directed by CM, the construction of the house commenced. Mujibur, in a heartfelt message, thanked Assam’s CM for prompt action.
