Valentine's Day Blood Donation Drive in Mizoram Sees 663 Donors, 402 Units Collected

On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the Association for Voluntary Blood Donation (AVBD) and Mizoram State AIDS Control Society (MSACS) organized a successful blood donation drive, with 663 individuals stepping forward to donate blood. A total of 402 units of blood were collected during the event, with notable contributions from several selfless donors. Among them was Dawrpui YMA President, Lianzama Pachuau, who has donated blood an impressive 50 times. In addition to Aizawl, the districts of Lunglei and Kolasib also hosted similar events in observance of the day.
