The number of COVID-19 cases in Assam continues to rise with two more persons testing positive at the Zonal Quarantine Centre in Tezpur University.

State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma taking to Twitter wrote, “Two persons at Zonal Quarantine Centre at Tezpur Univ test #COVID19 +.”

“1 each from Dhakuakhana & Udalguri,” he added.
