Amidst the growing Coronavirus crisis in Assam, two COVID-19 patients who have recovered fully were discharged from the Sonapur Civil hospital today.
The COVID-19 patients were released in presence of Health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and his deputy Pijush Hazarika.
It may be mentioned that three COVID-19 patients were admitted to the Sonapur Civil hospital out of which 1 individual is yet to recover fully.
Meanwhile, a woman from Dhubri district in Assam tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday.
The woman is wife of a COVID-19 positive patient connected both with Nizamuddin Markaz and Athgaon Kabristan congregation in Guwahati.
