Tripura to become gateway to Southeast Asia: CM Biplab Deb in I-Day speech

Chief Minister Biplab Deb hoisted the tri colour at the Assam Rifles ground in Tripura capital Agartala. Speaking on the occasion, Deb said Tripura will become the gateway to Southeast

Chief Minister Biplab Deb hoisted the tri colour at the Assam Rifles ground in Tripura capital Agartala.

Speaking on the occasion, Deb said Tripura will become the gateway to Southeast Asia once the bridge over Feni river in South district of the state is complete.

He also added that the communication between India and Bangladesh would significantly in the coming years, provide a boost to trade and commerce.

Deb also lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for providing fillip to the overall growth of the region.
