Hundreds of ‘Terminated’ school teachers took to the streets of Agartala today demanding the State Government to reinstate their jobs.
The Terminated 10,323 School Teachers of Tripura took out a rally in the state capital and proceeded towards the Assembly.
The protesting terminated teachers were met with Water cannons, lathi charges, and tear gas shells as the police tried to disperse the agitators near the circuit house.

The session is probably the last for the current government as Tripura goes to the polls early next year.
