The Tripura Government has finally announced the implementation of 7th pay commission in the state. Over 2 lakh government employees will be benefitted by the move.
An announcement in this regard has been made by Chief Minister Biplab Deb. The move will cost the state exchequer an additional amount of over Rs 600 crore every month.
Implementation of the 7th pay commission was one of the key poll promises of the BJP-led government in Tripura.
