The CPI-M has launched a big attack on Tipra Motha founder Pradyot Debbarma over his remarks on functioning of party MLAs and MDCs. Speaking exclusively to Northeast Live, CPI-M state secretary Jitendra Chaudhury accused the Motha of coming up with the lucrative Greater Tipraland demand to mislead the people and grab power. It may be mentioned that Pradyot Debbarma had stated that some of the Motha MLAs and MDCs were not discharging their duties properly and warned that they were being watched.
