Hardcore NDFB(S) rebel K Batha along with 600 other rebels arrived at Rangapara in Kokrajhar district on Wednesday.
Earlier, speculations prevailed over the return of K Batha who is the deputy army chief of the rebel group.
The return of K Batha, comes close on the heels of NDFB-S Chief Saoraigwra and general secretary B Ferenga who made their first public appearance after returning to the mainstream on January 20.
