The opposition Sikkim Democratic Front is now demanding action from the state’s police department so as to ensure justice. It may be mentioned here that earlier yesterday, members of the ruling Sikkim Krantikari Morcha or SKM clashed with members of Sikkim Democratic Front or SDF with the SDF spokesperson Arun Limboo sustaining injured in the incident. The clash took place in Soreng where a SDF meeting was taking place and SKM workers tried to disrupt the same.
