Sikkim: Jacob Khaling serves ultimatum to Bhaichung Bhutia

Jacob Khaling further stated that the SKM would serve a Defamation Suit against Bhutia in case he fails to prove his point.

SKM Spokesperson Jacob Khaling has served an ultimatum till September 3 to Bhaichung Bhutia to prove his claims of the party appointing a member of the Chettri Bahun community as the Chief Minister in 2019.

Speaking to the media, Jacob Khaling asked Bhutia to provide a documented proof of the SKM Party Manifesto wherein it has been mentioned that party wanted to appoint a Chief Minister from the Chettri Bahun community, and a Deputy Chief Minister from the Bhutia Lepcha community.

Jacob Khaling further stated that the SKM would serve a Defamation Suit against Bhutia in case he fails to prove his point.
