Sikkim High Court Pulls Up PWD For Deplorable State Roads
The High Court of Sikkim, in a suo moto PIL, criticized the state PWD for the poor state of internal roads, calling their maintenance approach “tardy.” The court seeks updates on repairs and will review the progress in December.
