Shocking! Doctor uses acid instead of medicine on minor boy’s wounds in Assam’s Morigaon

The patient, a minor, had reportedly suffered injuries in the head after which he was brought to the Dalang Ghat Civil Hospital in Morigaon.

In a horrific incident in Assam’s Nagaon district, doctors allegedly used acid on child’s wounds instead of medicine, leaving him with severe burn injuries and in acute pain. 

The shocking incident happened during the treatment of the patient at the Dalang Ghat Civil Hospital in Morigaon. 

The child had reportedly suffered injuries in the head after which he was brought to the Civil Hospital. 

The incident led to a lot of hue and cry in the hospital with the victim’s kin alleging negligence on part of the doctors and the hospital staff. 

The victim’s kin have alleged that hospital staff threatened them with police action and forced them out of the facility. 

Following this, the family has filed an FIR with the police. The victim has been shifted to another hospital for better treatment.
