SC to hear on Wednesday pleas against Citizenship Amendment Act

The Supreme Court is going to hear the AASU’s writ petition against the Citizenship Amendment Act. The hearing is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, December 18. In the meantime,
The Supreme Court is going to hear the AASU’s writ petition against the Citizenship Amendment Act. The hearing is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, December 18.
In the meantime, a legal team of AASU is already in New Delhi where they have completed all formalities for the hearing.
Along with the AASU petition, the apex court will also be hearing petitions which have been filed by Congress, Trinamool Congress and other groups the same day itself.
