In line with the Centre’s Rozgar Mela being organised today across India during which Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed 51,000 appointment letters through video conference, Union Minister of State in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Pratima Bhowmik distributed 447 appointment letters in Tripura.
The appointment letters were distributed among new recruits for various positions in CAPF (Central Armed Paramilitary Forces). Inspector General of the BSF, CRPF and officials of various security forces were present at the distribution ceremony.
Congratulating the new recruits, which included a large number of female candidates, the MoS urged the new recruits to do their duty with full dedication.
Those who got their appointment letters expressed their gratitude and said that they are happy to join the security forces and are ready to dedicate their lives for the nation. They also thanked the Government for making the recruitment process much easier and smoother compared to earlier times.
Family members of the new recruits also participated in the programme and expressed their happiness as their children got jobs and an opportunity to serve the nation.
