Notably, North East Festival is being organised by the Ministry of DONER. Among others who will be attending the ceremony are Assam Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi, Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways & Ayush Sarbananda Sonowal, Union DoNER Minister G. Kishan Reddy, Union Minister of Law and Justice Kiren Rijiju and Minister of State for DoNER B.L. Verma.
