President Ram Nath kovind arrives in Agartala on his maiden visit

President Ram Nath Kovind is in Agartala. The President will inaugurate the four-lane National Highway from Udaipur to Sabroom in Gomati district. He is also slated to lay the foundation
President Ram Nath Kovind is in Agartala. The President will inaugurate the four-lane National Highway from Udaipur to Sabroom in Gomati district.
He is also slated to lay the foundation stone for the re-development of the Tripureswari temple in Udaipur and offer prayers to goddess Tripureswari.
Meanwhile, the President is also likely to hold a meeting with the Tripura Council of Ministers at the Raj Bhavan.
Later in the evening, Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb will welcome the President at a gala civic reception at the Rabindra Bhavan, where Mayor of the Agartala Municipal Corporation Prafullajit Sinha and other dignitaries of the state are also expected to be present.
