Manipur has reported yet another instance of pre-poll violence and this time at Kharou Khullen in the Tengnoupal constituency. As per the latest inputs, supporters of NPF allegedly vandalised a public meeting of Independent Candidate Tantanga Kohai Moshilpha.
As many as 10 vehicles have been reportedly damaged in the scuffle.
Meanwhile, security personnels of the Independent Candidate also reportedly fired some rounds in self defence.

Earlier, NPP candidate from Andro L. Sanjoy Singh has accused rival BJP candidate Th Shyamkumar of orchestrating the attack on his father.
Speaking exclusively to Northeast Live NPP candidate L Sanjoy Singh alleged that BJP supporters and brother of Th Shyamkumar were involved in the attack on his father. This is the first time since the incident that the NPP has directly accused BJP of indulging in pre-poll violence.
