Ahead of the Meghalaya Assembly Elections, the Nationalist Congress Party is making plans for a pre-poll alliance with regional fronts in the State. The party is already in talks with the People’s Democratic Front. Taking a jibe at the ruling NPP and the Opposition TMC, the NCP stated that there is lot of unrest and resentment amongst the MLAs of the parties which is evident as many are already leaving their fold.
