Pakistan Army Returns to Bangladesh First Time Since 197, Worry For India?
Are things getting worse as far as Indian interests in Bangladesh are concerned? Is Pakistan looking to sizeably increase interference in Bangladesh’ internal matters? What do these development mean for the Northeast and India’s Eastern frontier as a whole? Well, in a move that has triggered apprehensions within India’s strategic and security establishment, the Pakistan Army, has for the first time since 1971, reached an agreement with bangladesh to provide training to its army officers starting february 2025. The collaboravtion will comence at Mymensingh cantonment, home to Bangladesh army’s training and doctrine headquarters.
