PAJSC Rally in Aalo seeking justice for Tumi Gangkak, ex-APPSC under secretary Tumi Gangkak.
Tumi Gangkak was also the assistant controller of exams and was suspended for his alleged involvement in the APPSC paper leak scam was found hanging from a tree near the Ganga Lake along the Jote-Poma road in Arunachal Pradesh. Police had termed his death as suicide.
