NSCN-KYA overground worker apprehended in Arunachal Pradesh

An over-ground worker (OGW) of the terror outfit National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN) K-YA was apprehended in Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday, April 22.

A pistol with 17 rounds of ammunition were also recovered from his possession.

The NSCN-KYA cadre was apprehended from Rusa village in Arunachal Pradesh’s Longding district in a joint operation conducted by troops of Assam Rifles and Arunachal Pradesh police based on a specific input.

However, the identity of the apprehended cadre has not been revealed by the police yet.

The apprehended individual along with recoveries have been handed over to Arunachal Pradesh Police for further investigation.
