The time of publication of the complete draft NRC tomorrow has been preponed from 12pm to 10 am. The complete draft NRC will be released at 10 am on July 30.

Significantly, the state’s NRC draft list runs into a whopping 22 lakh pages. Hard copies of the list will be available in each of the 2,500 NRC Seva Kendras in the state.

The hard copies in each Seva Kendra will contain the names of the people falling under the jurisdiction of the concerned seva Kendra.

Besides, the list can be viewed online on the official website of NRC Assam and received through SMS services by those who have their numbers registered.

With just a few hours left for the release of the final draft NRC, people across Assam are hopeful that this will be the final and the last draft of the citizen’s register.
