A biography on renowned social worker and current Chairman of the State Innovation and Transformation Aayog (SITA), Assam, Dipok Kumar Barthakur was released in presence of an august gathering at Taj Vivanta in Guwahati on Monday.

Authored by veteran journalist and Editor-in-Chief of Northeast Live, Wasbir Hussain, the book titled ‘Dipok Kumar Barthakur – Right Turn in Assam’ was released by Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, RSS General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabole and Health and Finance Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
