Normal life in Manipur has come to a hault since midnight following a 18-hour statewide shutdown called by a conglomeration of insurgent groups in Manipur.
The bandh called by the CorCom comprises of different militant outfits including United National Liberation Front, People’s Liberation Army of Manipur and PREPAK.
The CorCom has called for the shutdown in a way to observe ‘National Black Day’.
