No helmet, no seatbelt, no entry into Dima Hasao

The Dima Hasao police, in a bid to reduce the number of accidents, have announced that from now on those entering Dima Hasao need to wear helmets or keep seatbelts

If you have any plans to visit Dima Hasao in the coming days, then make sure that you have your helmets on if you are riding a two-wheeler, and in case you are driving- keep your seatbelts on. And if you do not follow these rules, then be ready to pay some hefty fines. The Dima Hasao police, in a bid to reduce the number of accidents, have announced that from now on those entering Dima Hasao need to wear helmets or keep seatbelts on. The police have also put signages at several entry points with ‘No Helmet, No Seatbelt, No Entry into Dima Hasao’ messages written all over it.
