A fresh death warrant has been issued by local Delhi Court against the 4 convicts in the Nirbhaya case. The new date of hanging the convicts has been set as March 3rd at 6 am.
The Court was hearing a plea seeking issuance of fresh death warrants of four convicts in the case.
Meanwhile, mother of Nirbhaya has hoped that the convicts will hang on March 3. This is the third death warrant issued by the court.
The earlier two warrants could not be carried out as the convicts took it in turns to use every legal options available to them.
The death warrant was issued after the Tihar Jail authorities informed the Trail Court that three of the convicts have exhausted their legal options and none of them have any appeals pending in any Court.
