The Northeast Students Organisations has planned a series of agitations in protest against the Centre’s alleged bid to implement the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill in Assam.
The students body that has been relentlessly protesting against the Bill in the Northeastern region, the students organisation will hold a massive rally in Guwahati on November 20.
Apart from this, the NESO will also stage protest in all the state capitals of the Northeast region.
NESO adviser and All Assam Students Union leader Samujjal Bhattacharya also appealed the ministers and MLAs of all the states in Northeast to voice their opposition against the Bill.
