Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has called for a Cabinet meeting on Thursday to take a call on holding consultations with civil society organisations (CSOs), tribal hohos and women bodies before the legislation of the new Nagaland Municipal Council. Speaking to media persons on the sidelines of a G20 briefing last evening, CM Rio acknowledged that the people were the real masters and maintained that the state government would not introduce any legislation against their wish.
