Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, along with UDA chairman TR Zeliang and a few other members of the Core Committee on Naga political issues, will leave for Delhi today to hold what is being touted as a decisive round of meetings with Central leaders.
The visit comes after the Core Committee held a fresh round of talks with the NNPGs and NSCN-IM before conducting a meeting of all MLAs in Kohima ahead of the Delhi tour.

The UDA chairman, TR Zeliang, recently revealed that they had sought a feedback from the Centre as to what would be the last or final offer as far as the vexed issue of the separate flag and constitution is concerned. However, as per Mr Zeliang there has been no response so far.
The idea behind seeking this offer is to try and find a middle path when it comes to the NSCN-IM’s stand on the flag and constitution.
