Indian cricketing stalwart Mahendra Singh Dhoni has decided to sue members of Aarka Sports and Management, Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Vishwash after they allegedly duped him of over Rs 15 crore.
According to a report in India Today, Diwakar entered into an agreement with Dhoni to establish a cricket academy globally in 2017. However, Diwakar did not stick to the agreement and did not pay the franchise fee and share profits as was outlined in the agreement.
Numerous attempts were made to ask the company to honour the signed agreement but in vain. Dhoni revoked the authority letter given to the group in 2021 and sent legal notices.
