Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) to advertise for vacancies and recruitments in a time-bound manner The Meghalaya Public Service Commission or MPSC will be advertising their vacancies and recruitments in a time-bound manner from this year onwards. Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, while addressing media persons in Shillong, said that the cabinet has come up with Standard Operating Procedures to streamline recruitments and promotions in the state departments.
