The Mizoram Congress President and Chief Minister Lalthanhawla released their official manifesto for the upcoming elections on Thursday.

In the manifesto stated that the Congress will continue NLUP–NEDP Scheme to uplift the poor and that the Congress will take more importance to the poor people.

The Congress also tried to make rural development, to ensure Health Care and benefits which can enjoyed by all parts of the people.

The Congress also promised they to take more importance in the youth development of the state and will also distribute laptop to every student who passed 10th standard.

They also promised the uplift the youth interest in the state, to develop music and fine arts and to implement race track for the youth.

The Congress further promised to develop every department functioning of the government, they also promised to implement ‘Working Journalist and Other Newspaper Employees Condition of Service Act, 1955’.
