Mizoram: 26-Year-Old Cyclist Dies in Tragic Road Accident While Participating in EcoFest Rally, Aizawl

Mizoram Cyclist Dies in Accident: Lalthazuala was an active member of the Mizoram Cycling Association (MiCA).
Lalthazuala, 26-year-old cyclist from Aizawl, lost his life today in a tragic road accident. He was participating in the EcoFest Rally and was cycling down the Rangvamual Road in Aizawl when he was hit by a truck.
He was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
Lalthazuala was an active member of the Mizoram Cycling Association (MiCA), widely respected for his dedication to the sport. His passion for cycling and his contributions to promoting the activity in Mizoram had earned him admiration across the society.
The tragic incident has left the community in shock, as friends, family, and fellow cyclists mourn the loss of a promising young athlete.
A pall of gloom has descended on the EcoFest Rally organised by the Forest Department to promote environmental awareness.
