With the increasing rate of crimes against women in Assam, another shocking incident came to light, where a minor girl was allegedly molested by her teacher.
The incident has been reported from the State’s Goalpara district. The teacher identified as Humayun Kabir allegedly molested the girl in the school’s bathroom.
Later, the victim informed the school authorities about the incident but the school authorities tried to cover up the whole incident.
Meanwhile, an FIR has been lodged in this regard at the Goalpara Sadar Police Station and the Police have started an investigation in this regard.
