In yet another horrific incident, a minor was allegedly raped by Biswajit Orang at the Jabontilla area in Tripura’s Unakoti district.

The victim who is a class VII student was allegedly raped when she had gone to the nearby forest to tend the cattle and taking full advantage of the situation, Biswajit Orang allegedly raped her.

After hearing her screams, the victim’s father rushed to the spot leading to a scuffle between him and the accused.

Meanwhile, a case has been registered in Kailashahar Women’s Police Station while the accused is on the run.
